Parking space available in the West apron: 3 spaces for Gulfstream aircraft type with a maximum wingspan of 28 metres or 5 spaces for Challenger, Falcon, Learjet aircraft types with a maximum wingspan of 19 metres.
Local flight restrictions: (Excluded traffic: scheduled, humanitarian, State flights and aircraft resident in Florence). Considering the configuration of the parking spaces, landing is allowed only for passenger boarding and disembarking operations. Charter flights arrivals and departures must be previously notified to Assoclearance (SITA: ROMSPXH), with copy to Toscana Aeroporti (SITA: FLRKO1P-FLRKW1P-FLRSP1P).
Pisa
General Aviation flights are permitted in the Pisa airport from 06:00 in the morning to 23:00 in the night, based on a PPR authorization.
The PPR authorization is issued by Toscana Aeroporti S.p.A., as Airport Operator, to airlines which may be assisted by any of the following handling companies:

To send a PPR (Parking Permission Request)
Regardless of the handling company selected to obtain ground assistance, airlines are required to read the Airport Regulations and send their PPR starting from fifteen (15) days before the scheduled flight date and up to three (3) hours before the scheduled flight arrival time, by filling the specific form provided below.

Please, before submitting a PPR, consult the document regarding the “Maximum number of inbound/outbound PPRs by time band due to runway capacity limits”, which is updated on a monthly basis.

PPR form filling and submission procedure
The PPR form consists of 4 pages:
1. Acceptance of the information leaflet pursuant to article 13 of the Personal Information Protection or Privacy Code (Leg. Dec. no. 196/2003)
2. PPR - Parking Permission Request
3. Transmission of credit card details
4. Request for handling services
The form must be filled completely, all its pages printed out, signed and sent by e-mail (or by fax) to each of the numbers indicated in the individual pages.
